Shipping & Delivery

  • Can you tell me more about your shipping policy?

    You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. 

    We offer optional signature confirmation for deliveries. We recommend that customers select this option to help ensure safe delivery.

    Phylos is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by the carrier, for lost or stolen packages, or for package loss due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. 

    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for returned shipments. Any additional costs associated with re-shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

  • When is my order shipped?

    Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days, in the order they are received.

  • What shipping method does Phylos use?

    We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

    While we can’t control delivery, most orders are delivered within 3 business days of your package being shipped.

  • Do you offer express shipping?

    Yes. You may select express shipping at checkout with optional signature confirmation. The flat rate for express shipping is [$50]. 

    Express orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air and can not be delivered to a P.O. box.

  • What kind of packaging do you use to ship?

    Our seeds are shipped in mylar packaging and heat sealed for secure closure. All seeds are shipped with compliant seed COAs showing <0.03 THC% in accordance with DEA guidelines [link]

  • Can I make updates to my shipping information?

    If you have not received shipping confirmation:

    Please reach out to support@phylos.bio as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate any updates to your shipping information. We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process (generally within 24 hours of placing the order). 

    We are also unable to change your shipping address from a domestic US address to an International address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

    If your order has already shipped:

    We are unfortunately unable to update shipping information after your package has left our warehouse. We recommend reaching out to the postal carrier with your tracking information to see if they are able to redirect your package.

  • My tracking information says it has been returned to the sender.

    If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, and it is returned to our warehouse, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment of your original package. You are responsible for any additional shipping fees.

  • My tracking information says delivered, but I did not receive my package.

    Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or local post office for more information in the meantime.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Order Issues

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Please reach out to support@phylos.bio as soon as possible, and we will try our best to accommodate any updates to your order. We are only able to process cancellation requests if your order has not yet entered the packing process (typically within 24 business hours of placing the order). 

    Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

  • Can I change the items in my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the items in your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not been shipped, please contact support@phylos.bio as soon as possible to request cancellation. We are only able to process cancellation requests if your order has not yet entered the packing process (typically within 24 business hours of placing the order). 

    Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

  • My shipment contains wrong or missing items.

    Our fulfillment team follows strict quality guidelines including photos taken at every step of the packing process to help ensure the correct items and quantities are included in your shipment. However, we are only human! In the unlikely event you're missing an item, or have received a wrong item/order, please contact us immediately at support@phylos.bio with the following information and we'll work to resolve that right away;

    • Your order number
    • The name and quantity of the item(s) that you ordered
    • A clear photo of the product label(s) that you have received & the order packing slip

    Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will reach out within 3-5 business days.

    ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE & PRODUCT PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED/UNDAMAGED.

  • What is your return policy?

    We are unfortunately unable to accept returns at this time. 

  • I have another issue with my order.

Payment

  • Accepted payment types - CC, bank transfer, other (paypal, bitcoin, ect.)?

    • What is our preferred payment method?
    • If we do bank transfers, how long will it take, do we ship immediately, other?

  • Security/discreet payments - might be good to address due to nature of product

    • How will this show up on CC transaction
    • From SensiSeed website “All credit card transactions and all information pertaining to them are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We do not have access to cardholder information and no credit card details are ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that no credit card information can be examined, used or modified by ourselves nor by any third parties who might attempt to gain access to sensitive information.”

    I canceled my order. When can I expect funds to be returned to my account?

    Approved cancellation requests are processed within XX and can take up to XX days to arrive in your account. Should this amount of time pass, and your refund has still not been processed.
